SPAAN Tech supported the Chicago Department of Water Management through a renovation of all existing roof structure and roof accessories for the Department’s Administration Building, Filter Building, Chemical Building, and Low Lift Pump Building at the South Water Purification Plant.

Re-Roofing consisted of removal of all existing roof membranes, existing insulation, and gravel; total roof deck replacement; and membrane replacement (with additional drains).
