SPAAN Tech assisted during the construction of the new Hospital Pavilion at the University of Chicago Medical Center, an ambitious project which included: 350 new beds, additional outpatient facilities, laboratories, ambulatory services, and other elements).

During the design phase, STI provided programming to align all the hospital requirements with space allocations and provided IT consulting.

During the construction phase, STI made periodic field inspection trips to ensure that all elements of infrastructure development were carried out in proper adherence to the design documentation.
